Shipping

Shipping and postage costs will be added prior to check-out and are shown when items are added to the shopping cart. Shipping costs will be a minimum £4.50, rising in increments up to £8.50, on the basis of the size and value of order. All orders of value £300.00 and over will be delivered free in mainland UK.

The method of shipment varies dependent on items. Some items will be sent by 1st Class Mail Recorded Delivery, while others will be by Parcelforce carrier. In all cases a signature will be required on delivery. European shipments are normally based upon a 'Euro Priority Business' service, but in some cases a normal mail delivery is also used.

If we have stock then we would endeavour to deliver for all mainland UK in either 24 hours or 48 hours, dependent on delivery method used. This may vary at times of peak demand. Dependent on country or proximity to a major city, the delivery time will vary.

All despatches are dependent on stock - see availability comments below.

Please note that for all orders outside of the UK, the recipient will be liable for any taxes, duties, and charges to the carrier prior to delivery.

Order Status

Our order processing system will show the following categories:

'Awaiting Dispatch' - this is the default status showing as soon as you enter your order. If we have stock it will remain at this status until we have processed your order.

'Awaiting Payment' - this means that you may have entered an order onto our order processing system but not completed the payment process. If you wish to go ahead with your order then you will need to repeat the order entry system and complete the payment process, or call us to pay over the phone.

'Completed' - this means we have processed your order, packed and dispatched your items.

Availability

While UKLacrosse stocks most major regular items, we may not always have each and every size and colour in stock, even if it is shown on the website.

Our ability to maintain stock is also dependent on the availability from our suppliers. We do have regular shipments arriving and can guarantee a fast delivery of any non-UK stock item provided that the manufacturers have stock themselves.

Any items offered by Warrior & Brine, which are not shown on our website, can be supplied provided that the manufacturer has stock. Please call for advice.

All custom helmets are assembled to order in the USA and in most cases are available in 10-14 days.
